If there is a class you wish to take and is not currently offered, please contact us. Some classes are taught on demand base only and we are simply waiting for some demand. We will promptly make the class available at a time that fits your schedule. Women only classes are also based on demand.

Women 8 months pregnant or more need physician approval to take these classes. Outside the Home may not be taken at any time if pregnant.
